About Me
Hi there!
Sunrise in Utah, 2020
My name is Sam Sanders and I’m a student in my very last semester of Purdue’s MSEd in Learning Design and Technology (LDT) program. I’m currently based in Salt Lake City, working on a Learning and Development team at Qualtrics, where I design and produce instructional materials, onboard and mentor new employees, administrate and design elements of our broader professional development program, and a perform a host of other corporate-learning-related tasks.

Before Utah, I lived in Philly while completing my undergraduate studies at Penn, where I studied German and the Environmental Humanities. I grew up in Northwest Arizona (Bullhead City), and have always had a love of music (I play the flute and the piccolo) and languages (my second language is German).

This summer, I’m working on this website to host a blog for my last course in the LDT program. The class, EDCI-528, is called Human Performance Technology (HPT) and is an introduction to the field of HPT. The blog, accessible via the menu in the top-right corner of this site, is a place for me to reflect on my skills, knowledge, and goals and respond to guest speaker presentations.
Thanks for stopping by!
